Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Essential, Comfort and Serenity packages?
Essential : une visite par mois, pour les absences d'un mois ou plus. Comfort : the same monthly visit, plus a preparation visit before you return (airing, switching on appliances, creating a welcoming atmosphere, checking the cleaning). Serenity : one visit a week, for close monitoring of large properties or long absences.
How am I kept informed after each visit?
Vous recevez un rapport photo par email sous 24 h après chaque passage. En cas d'anomalie ou d'incident, je vous préviens immédiatement.
What happens after a mistral storm or a thunderstorm?
Avec l'option Tempête (à partir de 65 € par intervention), je passe vérifier volets, piscine, jardin et extérieurs, je mets en sécurité si nécessaire et je vous envoie un rapport complet. Elle s'ajoute à n'importe quel forfait ou se demande ponctuellement.
Can I have a tailor-made package?
